Web UX Director

Led the web marketing design strategy for Microsoft’s flagship cloud products, including Azure, Microsoft 365, Teams, Windows, Security, Dynamics 365, and Power Platform. Established an entirely new web design system on Adobe Experience Manager. Elevated conversion by 32% on pricing pages through iterative testing.

PROMETHEAN

Head of User Experience

Won the company’s annual award for greatest innovation of a new product - a navigation system built on Android for an 86" interactive touch screen display for the classroom. Hired and trained eight UX Designers, conducted users research in their environment. Captured quantitative data that showed improvement over the previous solution and competition.

CDK GLOBAL

Senior Director of User Experience

Created global UI standards for multi-device and multi-platform solutions, setting holistic strategy for customer-facing applications. Redefined consumer online vehicle shopping by designing a mobile-first, multi-lender, penny-accurate vehicle purchasing solution sold and implemented to hundreds of dealerships nationwide.

Creative Director

Spearheaded the design of a responsive website platform complete with editor, CMS, SEO, and audience management facets. Initiated project that saved the company hundreds of thousands of dollars through efficient campaign management.​

Creative Director

Provided brand identity and promotion for companies including Lexus, Volkswagen, Mini, Infiniti, Chrysler, and General Motors. Utilized laboratory, software, and audio/visual equipment to conduct user research and analysis.​

THE MAGI GROUP

Multimedia Design

Designed websites and CD-ROMs for Nintendo, Microsoft, and Safeco.

Responsible for over 200 pages of multilingual content for large CD-ROM product for Photodisc, handling translations for World English, French, German and Japanese. ​
